Sunday morning we headed out to Mt. Scopus to visit Hebrew University and the Botanical Gardens. The campus of the university is lovely and we were all so proud of the quality of the university. Our visit to the botanical gardens was impressive with all the various types found in Israel. One of th eprojects was JNF Ottawa. From there we drive across the city to Yad Vashem – a must see for all. Some of us went through the history museum and other visited special exhibits. 
The Canadian American Active Retirees in Israel, CAARI, offers active seniors a unique opportunity to experience Israel.
