“Spanning the globe to bring you the constant variety!” quoted by Nahum Eisenstat, our guide.
Just to bring you up-to-date on another highlight for the CAARI 2017 Program. We will be visiting and touring in the village of Bu’eine – Nujidat, in one of the Lower Galilee Mountain Ridges. We will meet with Hindia Suliman, the founder of a groundbreaking Women’s Entrepreneurial Venture in her Israeli Arab village. Hindia will discuss minority women’s issues in her village and the Israeli Arab Muslim population. In 2014, Hindia was honored to be selected as the only Arab woman among torch-lighters on national Israel Independence Day Celebration.

The CAARI 2017 Program has 2-7 week program options available from Jan. 9 – Feb. 25, 2017. See www.caarivolunteers.com for more details. The uniqueness of the CAARI Program is that it is a combination of touring, community service and a speaker’s forum.

The Canadian American Active Retirees in Israel, CAARI, offers active seniors a unique opportunity to experience Israel. The program is designed to explore the biblical landscapes, follow the footsteps of the early pioneers, and envision the future of our Homeland. The CAARI Program includes community service, toursa speakers forum and the camaraderie of the CAARI Family. The Program is designed for to feel, touch, hear and see Israel from the mountains to the desert, from sea to sea, and from ancient to modern.
