Farewell and Shalom + visit to Palmach Museum

Greetings!
What a wonderful weekend in Tel Aviv. After a cloudy and rainy week, the sun came out in all its glory and CAARI enjoyed ever minute! Friday is a free day so many took advantage of the crafts market, walked along the beach, had coffee at the cafes – just to be outside was wonderful!
Several of our particpants who were here for the 3 week program departed back for North America and new participants arrived. Lots of hugs for all!
Monday, after our community service, we visited one of Israel’s finest museums – the Palmach Museum in Tel Aviv!
We are looking forward to a another busy week including the TuB’shvat celebration.

The Canadian American Active Retirees in Israel, CAARI, offers active seniors a unique opportunity to experience Israel.
